Suburban Express defends itself against online attacks by JASON DIENHART

At Suburban Express, we work hard to provide speedy, reliable service. Our
people are a very important ingredient! We carefully select drivers who
are enthusiastic, professional, and safe. It's not easy to find such people,
and we do our best to hang onto them when we do find them.

But employees aren't inclined to stick around or do their best work when they
are repeatedly abused by customers. Most customers are pleasant and friendly,
but some of our customers are immature little assholes with no discernable
redeeming qualities. Jason Dienhart seems to fall into that category.

Jason was ticketed on the 2:30 pm departure from Oakbrook Mall on 11/2/14.
In spite of the FIVE warnings during the ticketing process admonishing him
to have a printed ticket to give to the driver, Jason wanted to get on
without a printed ticket. We do not allow that. When he was refused boarding,
he and his friend proceeded to argue with the driver for an extended period
of time, which succeded in agitating the driver -- right before he had to
drive a bus full of people! As the driver closed the door to the bus, Jason
or his buddy yelled something along the lines of "Fuck Yourself!" at the driver.

Many of our vehicles have dashcams that record video and audio, including
the bus Jason Dienhart was attempting to board. We are currently transcoding
the video and transcribing the spoken words. Both will be posted here shortly.

Incredibly, Jason's mom, and later Jason himself, had the gall to post a
negative review about Suburban Express on Yelp. The review should say, I was
an idiot and didn't have a ticket to ride the bus and they wouldn't let me on.
But alas, it does not.

In our opinion, Jason Dienhart is spoiled little prick who thinks the world
revolves around him. We have banned him from Suburban Express and we encourage
you to avoid interactions with him as well.

Update:

We just received this message from him. He must have amnesia.

"Jason D. I did not verbally attack the driver of the bus that day, and I am
still waiting to see this video that you say you have. You will get no apology
from me..."
