We're looking for an energetic, fast-thinking person with a positive, can-do attitude. The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree or better, top-notch communication skills, a strong work ethic, and patience. Retail or fast-food experience in your youth is a big plus. A typical day will include customer interaction regarding college student bus transportation to Chicago Suburbs, quoting charter bus trips by phone, supervising and training student employees, light bookkeeping, bus regulatory compliance, and keeping the office tidy, organized and functioning properly. Must be available 30-40 hours per week. Most hours are daytime on weekdays, but flexibility is essential. A few weekend hours may be necessary from time to time, but not frequently. Must be willing to drive to Chicago area and assist with supervision of several Sunday/Monday departures per year: Labor Day, Sunday after Thanksgiving, Sunday/Monday of winter move-back, Sunday at end of Spring Break, and Easter Sunday.
